Revolutionary research on ionic and molecular fluxes and its real-world applications

24-Epibrassinolide promotes NO3- and NH4+ ion flux rate and NRT1 gene expression in cucumber under suboptimal root zone temperature.

This study investigated the effects of a plant hormone on cucumber seedlings when exposed to suboptimal root zone temperatures.

They found that plant resistance can be effectively enhanced, and the absorption, transformation and utilization of nutrients by plants can be improved, thereby improving plant growth quality and increasing crop yield.
