on-invasive Micro-test Technology (NMT) is a new technology to reveal gene function by measuring the real-time change of  Ca2+ / H+ / K+ / Na+ / Cl- / Mg2+ / Cd2+ / Cu2+ / Pb2+ / NH4+ / NO3- / IAA / O2 / H2O2 / H2 / membrane potential / Ag+ / Ar+ * / Cs+ * / Tl+ * / Zn2+ / Al3+ / HPO42- * / glucose / ascorbic acid * / glutamate * / salicylic acid * / urea *  exchange between living animal and plant tissues, cells and internal/external environment.

 

imOmics

imOmics is the research of quantitative cross-membrane ionic/molecular fluxes of living organisms under normal physiological conditions ,or in responding to physiological stresses, developmental changes and genetic manipulations etc. imOmics fluxes are dynamic data which has both magnitude (picomoles/cm2/s) and direction information of ions/molecules across membranes. These fluxes can be obtained from living organs, tissues, single cells and even collected organelle in real time, in situ and in artificial conditions close to their living conditions. 
 
imOmics is an essential complimentry element to other -omics, because it not only provides internal/external ionic/molecular homeostatsis information crucial to the functions of all organisms, but also links other -omics data together giving rise to an integrated comprehension of an intact organism.
 
imOmics was first introduced by Yue 'Jeff' Xu, the inventor of NMT:Non-invasive Micro-test Technology, at Plant Biology 2014 in Portland Oregon USA.
