OsCIPK7 point-mutation leads to conformation and kinase-activity change for sensing cold response

Improving the low temperature tolerance of plants through biotechnology can effectively improve the ability of crops to withstand frost damage. This would ultimately reduce the loss of food caused by natural disasters. At the same time, it can also expand the available area of planting crops in freezing areas.
